This notice explains what happens to the details you give us through the demo request form on vehimio.com.
Who we are

What we collect
The details you type into the form: your name, work e-mail address, company, country, type of business and your message. With them we store the time of the request, the page language, your IP address and browser identifier (to stop abuse).
Why and on what basis
Only to reply to your request and to discuss access to VEHImio with you. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). We do not send newsletters to these addresses and we do not sell or share them.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation about VEHImio lasts, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case the contract terms apply.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, object to its use or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to us through the contact form on vehimio.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country. E-mail: [email protected].
The vehicle data itself
VEHImio's product data describes cars offered for sale by businesses and the businesses that offer them. It contains no data about the people who buy cars. This site sets no cookies beyond the one that remembers your language, and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
